Polar Bear Tracking

The WWF and the Norwegian Polar Institute have had Radio Tracking transmitters on female Polar Bears.

Last winter, they lost track of both the polar bears they were following on their website. The bears’ radio collars either stopped transmitting or fell off, not uncommon in this line of work.

However, they are hoping to be following two new bears this Spring, so why not bookmark the site now.

You can read all about these bears here:

If you provide us with an email address we can notify you when the bear tracking goes live again.

Send a blank email with the subject line "Bear Tracker" to info@savethebears.co.uk
